Online registration via the electronic counters for Belgians abroad

Since 02/12/2020, the Belgian Embassy in Dar Es Salaam offers Belgian citizens who move officially to Tanzania, Malawi, Mauritius or Zambia, the possibility to register online in our consular population register.

You can access the website if:

• you are Belgian;
• you are not (no longer) registered in a Belgian municipality (and you have reported your departure abroad to the municipality);
• you have a valid and activated Belgian e-ID card;
• You know your PIN code of your e-ID card and have a card reader.
